Community rules
Krak Multiplayer is a place to play Minecraft together. These rules keep it fun and safe for everyone, including younger players. They apply everywhere in Krak: nicknames, profiles, worlds, chats, posts, comments, communities, reviews and ratings. Most players never break them, and most mistakes are fixed with a friendly reminder.
Keep everyone safe
These rules protect people from real harm, so we are strict about them.
- No sexual content of any kind, no dating or flirting requests, and never anything that sexualises minors. Content that exploits children is reported to the authorities.
- No threats, harassment or bullying, and no encouraging anyone to hurt themselves. If someone is in danger, report it with "A child may be in danger" or contact local emergency services.
- No sharing of anyone's personal data without their consent: real names, addresses, phone numbers, school, photos or IP addresses (doxxing).
- Do not ask other players, especially younger ones, to move to private chats elsewhere or to send photos.
How we protect younger players and act against child sexual abuse: Child safety standards.
Be kind and respectful
- No hate or insults about nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability.
- No extremist content, war propaganda or calls for violence.
- Keep nicknames, world names and profiles clean: no swearing there. In chats, argue about builds, not about people.
- Krak is about the game: please keep political campaigning out of public chats, worlds and profiles.
Be honest
- World names and descriptions must match what players get.
- No scams or fake giveaways, and no selling or trading of accounts, coins or items for real money.
- Do not pretend to be another player, a moderator, Krak Multiplayer, Mojang or Microsoft.
- No spam, and no advertising without permission.
- Rate players honestly: a low rating needs a real reason about how the player behaved, not revenge.
- Reviews and rating texts are public, even when you post them anonymously: keep them about the world or how the player played, and never share anyone's personal data.
Play fair
- No attacks on our servers, the relay, worlds or players (DDoS and the like).
- No crashing worlds or servers: crash exploits, lag machines, broken packets. This ruins the game for everyone, so it leads to a ban of the account and of the device it came from.
- Found a bug or an exploit in Krak? Tell us instead of using it. We reward every confirmed report of a bug or a flaw with Krak coins.
- No bots or automated access.
Share files safely
We cannot check every file for viruses, so we keep it simple:
- Do not attach or link programs, scripts or password-protected archives.
- No malware, phishing or links that try to steal accounts. This is always treated as serious.
Hosting a world
If you host, the world is yours: you choose its name, description and who joins, and you can kick or ban players. Please be fair to your guests, and keep your world's name and description within these rules.
What happens if a rule is broken
We look at what happened, how serious it was and whether it happened before. Usually it goes step by step:
- A reminder or a warning, with the reason.
- The content is hidden or removed.
- A temporary limit, for example no messages or posts for a few hours or days (a mute).
- A temporary ban.
- A permanent ban, only for serious or repeated violations.
Serious cases can skip steps: anything that puts a child at risk, real threats, doxxing, malware, attacks on servers or crashing worlds, and getting around a ban. For these we may also ban the device, and we report crimes against children to the authorities.
Our automatic moderation, which uses AI, checks some reports and new posts and comments with pictures or links. It can only hide or remove content, warn or give a temporary limit, and our team reviews what it does. Sexual content is removed at once, and its author cannot post for a few minutes. Bans are always decided by a person.
How to appeal
Think we got it wrong? Tell us. Write to support@krak-mp.cc within 30 days from the email of your account, or give your nickname and friend code, and say which decision you mean and why. Someone who did not make the first decision looks at it again and answers, usually within 7 days. If we were wrong, we undo it.
Report and block
Use Report on a profile, world, message, post, comment, community or review, and add screenshots when you can. We look at reports as soon as possible and handle anything that involves the safety of a child first. You can also block anyone: they will not be able to message you or join your worlds.
